Ingredients

  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 pound powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cake mix, 2 eggs, margarine, and chopped nuts.
  2. Spread the batter in a well-greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Mix the remaining eggs, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cake batter.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until done.
