Ingredients

  • 2 packages diet chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 12 oz Cool Whip Lite
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in the bottom of a pan.
  2. Add enough crushed walnuts to cover the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Cook the diet chocolate pudding, whipping cream, water, and unflavored gelatin until it boils.
  4. Let the pudding mixture cool.
  5. When the pudding is cool, mix Cool Whip Lite and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Slowly add the cooled pudding mixture to the Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture, blending well.
  7. Pour the filling over the nut crust and refrigerate until set.
