Ingredients

  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 sticks oleo (melted)
  • 1/2 cake paraffin
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in a double boiler and keep hot.
  2. Dip the peanut butter mixture balls into the melted chocolate coating.
  3. Lay the coated balls on waxed paper to set.
