Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup extra sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • Salt
  • Chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, slowly combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, butter, peanut butter, milk, vanilla, and egg until stiff dough forms.
  3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and then roll the balls in the extra sugar.
  4. Place the dough balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Immediately top each cookie with a chocolate kiss, pressing down firmly into the edges of the cookie crack.
  7. Remove from the cookie sheet and let cool slightly before serving.
