Sweet and rich chocolate sugar plums with pecans and coconut, coated in chocolate, perfect for holiday treats or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. can coconut
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups pecan bits
  • 2 pounds powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 pound paraffin

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut, melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, pecan bits, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt together chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler or microwave.
  4. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate mixture, using a toothpick to coat.
  5. Place the coated balls on wax paper to cool and set.
