Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. saifun
  • 1 lb. sirloin or round steak, cut into 2-inch strips
  • 3 carrots, cut lengthwise into very thin strips
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 bag fresh spinach
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Brown the steak in sesame seed oil.
  2. Add carrots and cook until tender.
  3. Add mushrooms, onion, and green onions.
  4. Boil spinach for about 3 minutes, then drain.
  5. Cut the spinach to break up bigger pieces.
