  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Arrange sliced potatoes in a greased dish or pan.
  2. Dot the potatoes with butter.
  3. Arrange pork chops over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour milk over all.
