Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 1/2 cup minced celery leaves
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seed
  • salt to taste
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Separate the cauliflower into florets.
  2. Place these in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a smaller bowl, combine minced green onion, minced celery leaves, sour cream, caraway seed, salt, and Vinaigrette Dressing, then stir until blended.
  4. Add the dressing mixture to the cauliflower florets and stir thoroughly to coat.
  5. Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves and then add the cauliflower salad.
