- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan with the tube insert. Combine the cherries, pineapple, dates and flour in a large bowl.
- Toss to coat the fruit with the flour.
- Add the pecans and coconut.
- Mix well.
- Add the condensed milk. Mix well. Press into prepared pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
- Cool completely before removing from pan.
- Wrap tightly in foil.
- It will keep, refrigerated, for several weeks.
