Ingredients

  • 1 lb. box mostaccioli
  • 6 drops yellow food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. coarse pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium cucumber

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, adding yellow food coloring to the water.
  2. Drain the pasta.
  3. Toss with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place remaining ingredients in a blender.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the blended mixture over the cooked pasta.
  7. Refrigerate the mixture.
  8. Let it set for 3 days before serving.
  9. Enjoy within 4 weeks.
