Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 medium onions

Instructions

  1. Peel carrots.
  2. Cut diagonally.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes and set aside.
