- Combine both packages of Jell-O with boiling water and dissolve.
- Add pineapple juice and stir well.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Add ground cranberries, grated apple, drained crushed pineapple, sugar, and chopped nuts to the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Refrigerate until set, then top with Cool Whip if desired.
