Ingredients

  • 3 oz. strawberry Jell-O
  • 3 oz. raspberry Jell-O
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 lb. cranberries, ground
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine both packages of Jell-O with boiling water and dissolve.
  2. Add pineapple juice and stir well.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Add ground cranberries, grated apple, drained crushed pineapple, sugar, and chopped nuts to the gelatin mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
  6. Refrigerate until set, then top with Cool Whip if desired.
