Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large chicken
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup white seedless grapes
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken well done; let it cool.
  2. Remove the chicken from the bone and cut into chunks.
  3. Dice the celery, onion, grapes, and peanuts.
  4. Add the diced vegetables, grapes, and peanuts to the cooled chicken and mix well.
  5. Add mayonnaise and sweet relish; mix after each addition.
  6. Chop the eggs and add them to the mixture; mix thoroughly.
  7. Transfer the salad to a large bowl.
  8. Slice 2 eggs and place on top of the salad.
  9. Dust with paprika before serving.
