Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 small potatoes
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can Veg-All
  • 1 small can green peas
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 stick margarine
  • any leftover vegetables

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes, onion, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Veg-All, green peas, corned beef, rice, macaroni, margarine, and any leftover vegetables to a large pot.
  2. Add sugar and salt to taste.
  3. Cook slowly for 1 hour, stirring often, until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
