Ingredients

  • 1 red or regular potatoes cut and cubed
  • 1 slice carrot
  • 1 white or yellow onion
  • 1 bag of beans I used pinto u can use red or add kidney beans be creative
  • 1 hamburger meat fried and crumbled
  • 4 Bay leaves
  • dash Italian seasoning
  • tbsp chopped parsley or parsley flake
  • 1 v 8 vegetable juice
  • 1 can Rotella or stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Fresh garlic
  • 1 celery
  • 1 beef bouillon

Instructions

  1. Depending on your beans.
  2. I used pinto.
  3. Soak beans over night in crockpot
  4. Turn on high when u wake up and let cook add potatoes carrots and celery
  5. Add all other ingredients along with spice cook about 4 hours on high and enjoy
