Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Measure dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir to mix.
- Measure remaining ingredients into a large measuring cup or medium bowl.
- Mix together thoroughly and add to dry ingredients.
- Stir with a wire whisk until dry ingredients are moist.
- Pour batter into a nonstick or lightly oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
