Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the light brown sugar, apple pie filling, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  3. Spread half of the apple mixture in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Arrange the refrigerated biscuits over the apple mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining apple mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
