A rich, creamy chocolate mousse layered with cookie crumbs, served in a flowerpot for a charming garden-themed dessert perfect for gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Oreo or Hydrox cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, butter, confectioners sugar, and vanilla and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix pudding and cold milk, then fold in Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture.
  3. Line a clay pot with tinfoil and put a portion of crushed cookies into the bottom of the pot.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture into the pot over the cookie layer.
  5. Top with additional cookie crumbs.
  6. Keep refrigerated until serving. Insert plastic or silk flowers into the center for presentation.
