- Grease the bottom of a tube pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the yellow cake mix, instant coconut pudding, water, oil, eggs, vanilla, and baking powder; beat for 5 minutes.
- Mix chopped nuts, sugar, and cinnamon together.
- Put one-third of the nut mixture in the bottom of the tube pan.
- Add half a cup of the cake mixture over the nut layer.
- Add another one-third of the nut mixture, then the remaining cake batter.
- Top the cake with the remaining nut mixture.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°F.
