- baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine egg, egg
- whites, milk, sugar and oil.
- Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.
- Stir in cereal, apples and nuts. Pour into well-greased

- Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until
