Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 cups frozen apple rings or slices, thawed
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet until foamy.
  2. Add apple slices and sauté briskly over moderately-high heat.
  3. When apples are hot, about 8 minutes, sprinkle in cinnamon.
  4. Toss in pecan pieces and cook for 3 to 4 minutes longer.
