- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
- In a large bowl, blend sweetened applesauce, sugar, Egg Beaters, and margarine until well mixed.
- Stir in the flour mixture just until blended; batter will be lumpy.
- Mix in seedless raisins.
- Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
