Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 cup seedless raisins

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. In a large bowl, blend sweetened applesauce, sugar, Egg Beaters, and margarine until well mixed.
  4. Stir in the flour mixture just until blended; batter will be lumpy.
  5. Mix in seedless raisins.
  6. Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
