- Combine the cinnamon, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and set aside for topping.
- Cream sugar and butter together; add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and milk. Beat until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon layer.
- Use a spatula to cut through the batter and swirl the cinnamon mixture.
- Sprinkle the reserved cinnamon sugar on top of the batter.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes.
