Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 can (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chopped walnuts in a greased 4 1/2-cup ring mold or 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Separate the biscuits; dip each in melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Place the coated biscuits in the prepared pan, overlapping slightly.
  5. Tuck raisins in between the biscuits.
  6. Pour any remaining butter and sugar mixture over the biscuits.
  7. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Invert the pan to remove the cinnamon ring.
  9. Serve warm.
