Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 sticks margarine

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. In a large bowl, add flour, salt, and 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Combine eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the egg and milk mixture to the flour mixture and mix lightly.
  6. Add the yeast mixture and combine gently.
  7. Refrigerate the dough overnight before baking.
