Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup corn flakes crumbs
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Stir together flour, cinnamon, and corn flakes crumbs in a bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until well combined.
  3. Stir in vanilla, then add the crumb mixture and chopped nuts.
  4. Mix well until the dough forms.
  5. Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls.
  6. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from oven and while still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
  9. Let the cookies cool, then roll again in powdered sugar.
