Ingredients

  • 4 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook all ingredients except cheese in a 2-quart casserole, covered, on High in microwave for 4 minutes.
  2. Stir and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in cheese and salt before serving.
