Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup flavored bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute margarine, minced clams (save juice), minced onion, and garlic.
  2. Add parsley flakes and oregano while stirring.
  3. When about done, add lemon juice and flavored bread crumbs.
  4. Add clam juice.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
