A rich and creamy Alfredo pasta with tender scallops, blending Parmesan, cream cheese, and herbs for an indulgent seafood dinner perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fettucine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 8 oz. scallops

Instructions

  1. Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and milk.
  4. Gradually stir in cream cheese, then Parmesan cheese until well blended.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley.
  6. In a small pan, cook scallops until opaque and cooked through.
  7. Add cooked scallops to the sauce.
  8. Pour the sauce and scallops over hot fettucine and serve.
