- Place foil on a cookie sheet and set the sliced Vienna bread on top.
- Spread the stuffing mix between the bread slices, then tightly wrap the foil and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Before baking, open the foil and brush the bread with a mixture of 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp. dry mustard.
- Seal the foil again and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
- Let cool slightly, then cut across and then down the middle before serving.
