- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel, core, and slice the apples, then cut each slice in half.
- In a bowl, combine the apple slices, caramel ice cream topping, and flour. Mix well and spoon into a pie pan.
- Peel apart each biscuit into two thinner biscuits and place them on top of the apple mixture.
- Drizzle melted margarine over the biscuits.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and shredded coconut.
- Sprinkle the coconut mixture evenly over the biscuits.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
