Ingredients

  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 21 oz. coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • chocolate wafers for dipping

Instructions

  1. Blend the powdered sugar and margarine until well combined.
  2. Add the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls slightly smaller than 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Refrigerate the balls until they are solid.
  5. Dip the chilled balls into melted chocolate wafers to coat.
