Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine; add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  2. Cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Add flour all at once and blend well.
  4. Add coconut and mix well.
  5. Shape into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Chill for 15 minutes.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes or until light brown.
  8. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
