Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/3 cups coconut
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Add milk and sugar; fold in coconut, extract, and Cool Whip.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Cover with the upside-down plastic cover from the crust.
  5. Freeze until firm.
  6. Before serving, microwave pieces of pie for 10 seconds.
  7. Freeze leftovers.
