Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut (optional)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick or self-rising flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs well.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, flour, milk, and vanilla to the eggs and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pie shell.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until set.
