Coconut Raisin Bread

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour loaf pan. Toss raisins in the flour. Add sugar and baking powder, then mix.
- Add coconut, vanilla extract, almond extract, egg, milk and water.
- Mix by hand until blended.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
