- Add evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, oil, and salt.
- Beat in the flour one cup at a time.
- When the dough is too stiff to stir, work all of the flour in with your hands.
- Lay the dough on the countertop and divide it into 2 pieces.
- Shape the pieces and put them into 2 (1 pound) coffee cans that have been greased well.
- Let the dough rise until it is 1 1/2 to 2 inches above the top of the cans.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Remove from cans and cool.
