Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim off broccoli flowers from a large head of broccoli.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside to cool.
  3. Cut red onion into small rings or dice.
  4. Add cooked bacon, red onion, pecans, and raisins to the broccoli.
  5. In a small bowl, mix Miracle Whip, vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
