Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the refrigerated buttermilk biscuits into fourths.
  2. Dip each biscuit piece in melted margarine.
  3. Layer one-third of the biscuits in a lightly greased 10-inch Bundt pan.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the cooked and crumbled bacon, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper.
  5. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients, ending with biscuits on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
