Instructions
- In a large saucepan, mix the cherry pie filling and water.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the cream, and stir well.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Stir in the light cream or half and half.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve cold.
