Ingredients

  • 5 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
