Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 c. celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. salad dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Crumble cornbread and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add chopped onions, green pepper, diced celery, and crumbled bacon to the cornbread.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes just before serving, then add salad dressing.
