Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 c. yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed mint

Instructions

  1. Peel cucumbers and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Mix together yogurt and cold water until smooth.
  3. Add cucumbers, mashed garlic, salt, and crushed mint to the yogurt mixture.
  4. Place some ice cubes in a bowl and refrigerate the soup for a few hours.
  5. Stir well just before serving.
