Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons garlic and cheese salad dressing mix
  • 1 c. real mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • bacon bits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix peas, cauliflower, water chestnuts, broccoli, and celery; spread in a layer in a small pan.
  2. Mix salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream; pour over the vegetable mixture.
  3. Optional: Add bacon bits to the top before serving.
