Ingredients

  • 16 large mushrooms
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. Blue cheese
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1/2 stalk celery or you may stuff celery stalks instead of mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and mix well with the other ingredients. Stuff mushroom caps.
