Ingredients

  • 12 oz crushed vanilla wafers
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 7 oz flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream together margarine and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Add crushed vanilla wafers and milk to the mixture.
  4. Stir in flaked coconut and chopped nuts.
  5. Spray a tube pan with Pam or non-stick spray.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
