Instructions
- Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Drain.
- Place half of the vegetables in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, combine Velveeta cheese and 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Cook and stir over low heat until melted.
- Pour half of the cheese mixture over the vegetables.
- Repeat layers with remaining vegetables and cheese mixture.
- Melt the remaining butter.
- Toss melted butter with cracker crumbs.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top of the casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
