Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Bring the shredded Cheddar cheese and margarine to room temperature.
  2. Beat the cheese and margarine with an electric mixer until well combined.
  3. Add the milk, chopped green onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Pack the mixture into a container.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  7. Serve at room temperature with assorted crackers.
