"Come Again" Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 medium size fryer, disjointed
  • 1/2 c. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 c. tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 c. each: chopped onion and celery
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and brown chicken in skillet.
  2. Sprinkle onion and celery over chicken, then pour mixture of teriyaki and ketchup over chicken.
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Baste chicken a few times as it cooks.
