Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen Brussels Sprouts or 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 3 to 4 cups finely cubed ham
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.
  2. Place the cooked vegetables in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Top the vegetables with finely cubed ham.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, and wine vinegar together.
  5. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the ham and vegetables.
  6. Mix bread crumbs with grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the bread crumb and cheese mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
